Shipping & Delivery Policy (On-Site Service Only)

The Roof Man provides on-site roofing services at your premises. We do not ship products via courier. Our team brings all required materials to your address on the scheduled service date and installs them on site.

Service area

We currently serve Johannesburg and surrounding areas. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Private Bags.

How our “delivery” works

  1. Site inspection: We visit your property to assess the roof and requirements.

  2. Quotation: You receive a written quote outlining the scope of work and timeline.

  3. Booking & deposit: On acceptance, a deposit confirms your booking and materials procurement.

  4. Material procurement: We source all required materials.

  5. On-site installation: We schedule your installation and deliver materials with our crew to complete the quoted work.

  6. Completion & sign-off: Final checks and handover are done on site.

Timing & availability

  • Inspections: Typically available within 1–3 business days of enquiry.

  • Installations: Scheduled with you after the deposit and materials are ready. Lead times depend on project size, material availability, and your location.

  • Arrival windows are communicated in your booking confirmation (Mon–Fri, excl. public holidays).

Fees & charges

There are no courier shipping fees and no parcel deliveries. All costs (including on-site material delivery by our crew) are included in your quote.

Access & safety

Please ensure safe access to the roof/work area on the scheduled day. Kerbside or driveway staging may be required for materials and equipment.

Rescheduling & site availability

You can request a new date prior to your scheduled appointment. If access is not possible or the site is unsafe, we’ll arrange a new date with you.

Returns & warranties

Because we supply and install on site, traditional “parcel returns” do not apply. Any issues are handled through on-site remediation under our workmanship/product warranties as stated on your quote.
